Acupuncture Experience: Now, the moment you may be curious about—the needles, or as we affectionately call them, pins. We delicately insert ultra-thin (0.2mm) sterile needles into specific acupuncture points on your body. While the term "needles" may sound intimidating, most individuals find the experience surprisingly serene. Some even find it so relaxing that they drift off to sleep during their sessions! You might feel a minor pinch, but rest assured, it's far from a scene out of a scary movie.
Relaxation Interlude: Once the pins are in place, it's your time to unwind. You'll recline peacefully for approximately 20 minutes. Many people find this period incredibly calming. It's like hitting the pause button on life's chaos—a moment of pure tranquility just for you.
Ongoing Support: Acupuncture is not a one-time event. It typically involves a series of sessions. Our approach involves using ultra-fine, pain-minimizing needles along with gentle techniques to ensure a calming and relaxing experience.
We keep Acupuncture points to a minimum, focusing only on what is truly necessary for symptom relief.Our single-use, sterilized needles are less than 0.25mm in thickness—equivalent to a quarter of a millimeter or about three strands of hair. Once these delicate needles are gently inserted, any initial discomfort fades quickly, allowing you to recline, unwind, and let the Acupuncture work its therapeutic magic!
